Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:

2. The Consumer: The person engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store via its platform.
3. The Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between the parties involved.

Article 2 - Consumer’s Legal Capacity:

1. The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity, in accordance with Shariah, system, and law, to engage with the store or that they are at least 18 years old.
2. The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they bear the consequences of such a violation before third parties.

Article 3 - Nature of Commitment:

1. The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the (service or product).
2. The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature of the (service or product) requested by the consumer.

Article 4 - Usage Guidelines:

1. The consumer commits to using the store's platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer agrees not to use it in a manner contrary to public morals and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in this store as a user, you are required to disclose certain information such as a mobile number, choose a username, and a secret password to use when accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of your security.
2. The store will not be liable for any damage that may occur directly or indirectly, whether morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or password.
3. You agree to use your account or membership yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If others use it, this is an indication that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You agree to use the store seriously and honestly.
5. You agree to disclose true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required during registration with the store and to update your data if it changes or if necessary.

7. 8. If any of the above is not complied with, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your account or membership or block your access to the store’s services again.

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via mobile, social media, or the email registered on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts and are a valid proof in meeting legal and Shariah requirements.
3. The consumer agrees that the store’s management can communicate with them and notify them of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through general messages sent to all consumers or specific users of the store.

Article 7 - Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees:

1. If any clause or provision of this agreement is canceled or any clause or provision of this agreement is no longer valid, this does not invalidate the validity of the remaining clauses and provisions of this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2. This agreement, which may be amended from time to time as necessary, forms the working mechanism, understanding, and agreement between the (consumer) and the (store).
3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of this agreement on any consumer for any reason they registered for.

Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services for Stores on the Platform:

1. The store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system on the platform that can be done entirely online through the available payment options on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
2. The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3. The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and proof of payment for all amounts and profits generated in its store and is committed to giving the consumer an invoice for purchasing a service or product.
4. The store is committed to providing recognized accounting standards in its online store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and for the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests involved.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property Rights:

1. The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether owned by them before or after the establishment of this online platform.
2. The consumer respects the store's intellectual property rights, including the store's name, words, logos, and other symbols associated with or displayed on it, as all rights attached to the store's name are fully owned intellectual property rights of the store.

Article 10 - Store Responsibility:

1. The store is committed to conducting its business through this online platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.
2. The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, or incidentally, whether by the consumer or by a third party such as shipping companies or installment companies.
3. The store, its employees, owners, and representatives commit that the (product or service) is legitimate, legal, and authorized under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict their access to the platform's services at any time without warning and for any reason, without limitation.

Article 12 - Applicable Law or System:

This Terms of Use agreement is governed and drafted according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is entirely subject to the applicable laws of the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 - General Provisions:

If any clause or provision of this Terms of Use agreement is canceled or if any clause or provision of this agreement is no longer valid, this does not invalidate the validity of the remaining clauses and provisions, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.

Note: This Terms of Use agreement, which may be amended from time to time as necessary, forms the working mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement agree to consider the following:

1. The Arabic language is the operative language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed on the store’s services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. Promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate Shariah rules and the applicable laws related to the nature of the relationship between the store and the consumer.
5. This Terms of Use agreement can only be canceled by a decision issued by the store's management.
